Hi, I'm Paul Coady, a Chicago-based singer, songwriter and guitarist. For 22 years I was the lead vocalist for the garage rock band Prairie Town. My first solo CD, "Quarter Mile", has just been released. I'll be posting a few songs here on my site, feel free to check them out and let me know what you think. I also play guitar in Kathy Greenholdt and The Edsel Bros. as well as occasional stints as the bass playing Midge in the Meringues.

Upcoming Shows:

Thanks to everyone who came out to the recent shows Chicago, Columbia (MO) and St. Louis.

On Friday June 18th, I will join host Larry O. Dean and songwriters Amelia Glass and Al Rose for the June installment of "Folk You" at The Horseshoe (4115 N. Lincoln, Chicago). 8pm showtime.

On Saturday July 17th, I will be playing a full-band show at Lizard's Liquid Lounge (3058 W. Irving Park, Chicago). Also playing that evening are the cool fellas of Wango City. We're going to try to lure Wango Dave Stepanich to sit in with us on a few songs. It'll be a rockin night at a cool place.

Check out reviews of "Quarter Mile" on the Press page.
